    IBD is led by three partners — Vince Asuncion, Edgar Cardoza, and Omar Ponce — each with over a decade of experience implementing effective, ethical, and evidence-based behavior support strategies in public school settings.

    We specialize in working with students with disabilities such as Autism, ODD, ADHD, and Emotional Disturbance, especially those exhibiting challenging behaviors that may be beyond the scope of other agencies.
